• Escort request information: name, phone number, email, state, LGA, pickup address, landmark, purpose, date, time, number of officers, and any notes you provide.
• Contact form information: name, email, phone, subject, and message.
• Technical information: basic usage and device data generated when you use the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To process escort requests and coordinate the deployment of officers.
• To communicate with you about requests, updates, and support.
• To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
• To improve and operate the Service.

3. Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, the performance of our contract with you (fulfilling your requests), our legitimate interests in operating the Service, and compliance with legal obligations.

• Security forces: relevant request details are shared with the NSCDC or NPF as necessary to coordinate and fulfil your escort.
• Service providers: we use trusted processors (for example, Supabase for database and authentication, and Vercel for hosting) who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
• Legal: we may disclose information where required by law or a competent authority.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using reputable cloud infrastructure with access controls and row-level security. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
