These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EZKUT website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by EZKUT Security Services("EZKUT", "we", "us"). By creating an account, requesting an escort, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

EZKUT is a technology platform that connects individuals and businesses with verified security personnel from the Nigeria Security & Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) and the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) for security escort and close-protection services, primarily within Lagos State and Osun State, Nigeria. EZKUT acts as an intermediary that facilitates requests; the deployment of officers is subject to the authorisation, availability, and discretion of the relevant force.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Requesting Escorts

Submitting a request does not guarantee that an escort will be provided. All requests are subject to officer availability, security assessment, and approval by the relevant force. EZKUT may decline or cancel any request at its discretion, including where a request appears unlawful, unsafe, or fraudulent. You agree to provide accurate details and to be present and reachable at the agreed time and location.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• facilitate any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity;
• endanger any person or property, or obstruct lawful authority;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or purpose;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.

6. Fees & Payment

Where fees apply, they will be communicated to you before an escort is confirmed. You agree to pay all applicable charges. Government or force-mandated levies, where applicable, are your responsibility.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel a request before officers are dispatched. Cancellations made after dispatch may attract a charge. EZKUT may cancel a request where conditions make safe fulfilment impracticable.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Security services carry inherent risks. EZKUT does not employ NSCDC or NPF officers and does not warrant any particular outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZKUT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, EZKUT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for the acts or omissions of any officer, force, or third party. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to EZKUT for the request giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZKUT and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

The EZKUT name, logo, and all platform content are owned by EZKUT and may not be used without prior written permission.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any breach of these Terms or where required by law or a competent authority.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
